ORYX Assistance invests in 20 new roadside assistance trucks
The trucks were delivered to ORYX Assistance’s partners between September and November 2017 and are now in full service – we plan to continue with investments in this segment as early as this year.
Aiming to raise the roadside assistance service level in the Republic of Croatia, ORYX Assistance launched a new multiyear investment cycle.
After initially investing in 12 new VW and MAN trucks, ORYX Assistance invested a further 10 million kunas in this latest investment cycle phase to purchase 20 new Iveco trucks and the related specific superstructures, equipment and software. This increased the reliability, speed and quality of the service provided by ORYX Assistance on roads across Croatia on a daily basis.
The trucks were delivered to ORYX Assistance’s partners between September and November 2017 and are now in full service – we plan to continue with investments in this segment as early as this year.
The specific superstructures were provided in cooperation with AZ CROBUS, a subsidiary within Zubak Group, thus creating major synergic effects within the Group and keeping production activities within Croatia.
What makes ORYX Assistance unique is its business model – it is, among other things, characterized by having own resources such as the contact center, replacement vehicles, emergency trucks, workshops, etc. In addition to the fact that our partners are satisfied with the new vehicles, positive feedback was received from members and other customers of ORYX Assistance as well.
