Standard equipment
- Installed on a vehicle having a total weight of 5,000 to 7,000 kg
- The auxiliary chassis and chassis module made of steel profiles
- The bed is made of steel profiles and steel sheet
- The bed floor is made of 3 mm thick steel sheet or 3-4 mm thick corrugated steel sheet
- The bed is lifted/lowered hydraulically, the entire bed is lowered onto the ground by sliding and tilting hydraulically, using two hydraulic tilt cylinders and one retracting/extending hydraulic cylinder
- Ramp angle: 11 – 13°
- Front safety rail next to the cabin
- All steel components of the bed may be sandblasted and double-painted in a color of customer’s choice
- The first paint layer of the upper and lower parts of the bed: 100 to 120 microns
- The second paint layer of the upper and lower parts of the bed: 100 to 120 microns
- Bed – bed floor with anti-slide coating
- Bed sides color-keyed or as per customer’s request
- Hot-galvanized auxiliary chassis and chassis module (HRN EN ISO 1461 quality standard)
- Left and right PVC wings with mounts
- PVC toolbox with mounts (800 x 500 x 500) located on the right side of the vehicle
- Side underrun protection in accordance with EC standards

- Power winch – pulling force depends on the load carrying capacity of the bed or is determined as per customer’s request (it may be installed on vehicles without an auxiliary drive)
- Irreversible damping valve R 3/8, one-way, to lower the bed
- Irreversible damping valve R 3/8, one-way, to move the winch sideways – 2 pcs.
