Load bed

We manufacture load beds and install them on vehicles made by EU manufacturers, whose overall load carrying capacity does not exceed 7,000 kg.

The load beds are used to carry palletized goods and non-bulk cargo with the option of installing hoops with a tarpaulin. Our vehicles come complete with all equipment required under the ECE rules and the regulations of the Vehicle Center of Croatia.

The Vehicle Center of Croatia issues a CERTIFICATE for each vehicle.

Auxiliary chassis

Auxiliary chassis and construction are made of steel profiles, triple painted or hot-galvanized (HRN EN ISO 1461 quality standard)
Doubled painted with SIGMAPRIME 200 paint
Single painted with SIGMACOVE 456 – 2K paint

- Aluminum, made of profiles adapted to each type of truck chassis, for vehicles having an overall load carrying capacity of up to 7,000 kg.

Load carrying capacity of up to 7000 kg: 2500 – 3700 mm, up to 2300 mm wide
Superstructure weight: 500 to 700 kg.

Load bed floor

Water-resistant plywood, 15, 18, 21, 24 and 27 mm thick.

Panels

Aluminum or steel, rear and side panel height: between 400 mm (standard aluminum profile height) and 800 mm; front panel height: between 400 mm and full height of the superstructure – cabin roof height
Aluminum panels with locks integrated in the panels, up to 3700 mm long
Hinges on the panels and in the bed frame – steel, hot-galvanized.

Columns

A set of 3 mm steel sheet columns specifically profiled up to the full height of the superstructure/panel, with a lock integrated in the column (only for steel panels).

Hoops

Made of steel profiles/steel tubes, demountable
Tarpaulin side protection – wooden or aluminum bars.

Tarpaulin

Canvass made by renowned EU manufacturers, canvass strength: 700 to 900 g/m2, color as per customer’s request, reinforced wherever it is in contact with the constructions, cables and customs rope.

Two PVC wings with mudflaps on the rear axle
Aluminum side underrun protection bar, only in vehicles having an overall length in excess of 6 m or as per customer’s request (in accordance with the relevant ECE standards)
Rear end-outline lamps – mounted on the bed frame or on both wings – only in vehicles having an overall length in excess of 6 m or as per customer’s request
Side LED end-outline lighting, only in vehicles having an overall length in excess of 6 m
Cargo restraints – cargo tie-down rings.
